Rethinking Feedback
We think feedback is how you build excellence, so we continue to offer it with the best of intentions...even when it seems like it doesn’t have the impact we want . This 3.0-hour workshop will uncover feedback fallacies and show you what to do instead. This session is geared to those who are in professional services and teaching (law and medicine), who delegate work to others, who are mentors, and practice area leads and want to see growth and accountability in action.
At the end of the workshop, participants will gain:
- A greater understanding of the drawbacks of feedback
- A heightened awareness of alternative approaches
- Enhanced ability to appraise skills needed to support growth and development in others
- An emerging skill base in application
