We are fully aware that the only constant in our world is “change”, and that managing uncertainty requires an adaptive stance. But what does that actually mean?

This session is designed to provide a perspective for you on what “being adaptive” means, how it fits in your work, and essential skills to get the adaptive wheels in motion within your organization.

In this 1.5-hour virtual session, you will:

•Learn about Adaptive Leadership

•Gain awareness of adaptive diagnostic approaches

•Be able to identify adaptive equalities, characteristics and skills

•Self-assess your personal skillset
