Are you curious about how mindfulness can improve your leadership?

Have you looked back on a conversation and thought "I could've been calmer"?

A leader who embodies the practice of mindfulness consciously cultivates their ability to be present, open-minded, and compassionate when interacting with others. They show the same care and consideration for themselves, as they do for others.​

This workshop will support your leadership through practical mindful actions and visualizations designed to bring a sense of calm and "presentness".​

In this 3-hour workshop (two 1.5 hrs sessions), you will:​

  • understand what mindfulness is and is not,​
  • identify sensations of experience to improve mindful awareness in daily interactions, and​
  • gain actionable, mindful practices that can be used to lead yourself and others.​
