This workshop will support your leadership through practical mindful actions and visualizations designed to bring a sense of calm and "presentness".
In this 3-hour workshop (two 1.5 hrs sessions), you will:
- understand what mindfulness is and is not,
- identify sensations of experience to improve mindful awareness in daily interactions, and
- gain actionable, mindful practices that can be used to lead yourself and others.
