Campfire Chat: John's Thoughts on Culture

Culture is an insulator—it helps us grow, learn, and take on hard things. Over a lifetime of coaching, teaching, and leading, John Clarke has come to see that cultivating culture with purposeful thoughtfulness is more vital than ever. When workplaces face outside pressures, it’s the strength of their culture that helps people thrive—and each of us plays a role in shaping it.

John is our resident education and coaching guru—a teacher, guidance counsellor, principal, and a mentor to us at Thought Architects. With decades of experience facilitating groups and designing powerful learning experiences, he helps us design and lead our leadership and coaching skills programs.

John’s wisdom and skill are gifts to our team, helping us all become better coaches, facilitators, and presenters. Beyond his professional work, he’s a proud grandpa to four amazing grandchildren (and several grand dogs!) and supports organizations in leadership development, change management, and communication skills.
