Thought Architects Cancellation Policy

While we don't ever want to have to cancel a program, there are some times where that might need to happen. Thought Architects reserves the right to combine and/or cancel program offerings and to change locations and/or dates. In the event of a cancellation, all participants impacted will be contacted by email or phone and are eligible for a full refund. It is highly recommended that participants verify program dates, location, instructor and other details just prior to the start of class.

Withdrawal & Refund

Life happens, we get that. Sometimes you need to back out. If this happens, we have tried to make it as flexible for you as possible. You can always ask for a credit transfer at any time before a course starts. We are happy to re-register you for another one of Thought Architects courses at no charge. After the course starts we can work with you to see if we can get you in to another session. Here is our refund policy:

Withdrawal within ten (10) business days from the start of the course: You are eligible for a full refund minus an administration fee of $100.

Withdrawal within five (5) business days from the start of a course: You are eligible for a 50% refund plus the administration fee of $100.

Withdrawal less than five (5) business days from the start of a course: No refunds provided.
